Paolo joined HTMS in 2019, building on a long-standing friendship with the company’s partners. While not involved in daily operations, he plays a strategic role, bringing deep knowledge of the agency world and a strong network within the tourism industry.

He is the founder and a key figure at Paffer Assicurazioni e Consulenze, a multi-agency brokerage specialized in the travel sector.

Passionate about staying in touch with industry trends, Paolo regularly attends trade fairs and workshops. Outside of business, he is a natural connector, known for his direct and human approach, adding vision and balance to the HTMS team.
