Marco Innocenti

Managing Director

Co-founder of HTMS and now CEO, Marco is a people-oriented leader: he brings together different visions, builds alliances, and turns contacts into lasting partnerships. His strength lies in his ability to listen and his natural talent for finding common ground, making him the ideal negotiator in crucial moments.

A passionate sportsman, he plays every tennis match with a competitive spirit that also defines his work approach: determined to reach goals, yet always with an inclusive, team-driven vision. An avid traveller, he sees every journey as a moment of discovery and sharing, enriching both his personal and professional life.

It was during one of his journeys that he met Nadie, who is now his wife—a story that perfectly reflects how, for Marco, travel is not only work but also a true way of living and building connections.
