HTMS General Manager

Raised in a family of hoteliers, Emanuele turned his passion into a career, becoming a hotel director at just 28. Since 2003 he has driven the development of HTMS, contributing to its continuous renewal and growth until taking on the role of General Manager.

He oversees the company’s operations and strategic direction, personally following special projects while maintaining direct relationships with partners and clients.

Outside the office, Emanuele cultivates his passion for writing – he is a columnist for Meeting e Congressi and author of the book Trenta – and dedicates time to hospitality ventures abroad, including the launch of the Beach Hotels in the Maldives. Together with his wife Elisabetta and their dog Luchino, he brings the same energy and passion into his personal life that define his professional journey.
