Part of HTMS since 2010, Elisa is one of the cornerstones of the team. She looks after the most “exotic” destinations in the portfolio with accuracy and passion, treating each project as something to nurture and grow. Her ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients, combined with a genuine curiosity for the world, has made her a trusted figure in the Italian travel trade.

Over the years she has developed a truly cosmopolitan profile, creating authentic bonds with the cultures she encounters. She often says she feels a little Indian, Indonesian, Uzbek and Moroccan all at once, always carrying a piece of the places she visits with her.

Alongside her professional life, Elisa is also the proud mother of Cecilia and Tommaso, to whom she has already passed on her love for travel and discovery. At home, her creativity shines in the kitchen: she experiments with recipes using spices and ingredients gathered on her journeys, turning every dish into an opportunity to share stories and cultures.

Her bright energy and enthusiasm are reflected both in her work and in her personal life, making her a valued and authentic presence within the HTMS team.
