Business Development Manager – Destinations, Hospitality & MICE

Claudia discovered the world of tourism almost by chance, quickly turning what was meant to be a simple work experience into a career built step by step, with dedication and passion. After spending some time in the United States, she gained valuable experience at Alpitour, first focusing on the US and later on the Indian Ocean, developing the international expertise she now brings to the Italian travel trade.

At HTMS, she is responsible for the commercial development of the Gulf region, Cyprus and Albania, managing the partners and projects assigned to her across these markets. She also oversees the Signature Hotels Collection, HTMS’s division dedicated to its portfolio of luxury hotels. In parallel, she contributes to the commercial development of the MICE HUB, building relationships with specialised agencies and strengthening the positioning of HTMS partners within the MICE segment.

A true food and wine enthusiast, Claudia spends her free time cooking and travelling in search of new culinary experiences. One of her favourite places is the Arabian Tea House in Dubai, while for a charming stay she chooses Heritage Al Seef. When she is not travelling, she divides her time between the gym and hiking in the mountains, bringing the same energy and curiosity to the team that define her life outside work.
