Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Law on the personal data protection) provides for the protection of the persons involved in terms of the processing of personal data. According to the law, such processing will be based on principles of fairness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

According to Section 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no.196/2003, your e-mail address and the personal data you will voluntarily send to italia@htmsinternational.com, as well as any details sent via the form on our website, will be processed by HTMS International exclusively for the purpose of selecting human resources who are interested in working for HTMS International or HTMS International Network. Processed data will be held electronically and in hard copy format.

Providing your E-Mail address and other personal details is optional; any refusal to provide the information required, even in part, will prevent HTMS International to make the necessary assessments. The data collected may be disclosed to third parties exclusively for the fulfilment of the above purposes.

The data controller is HTMS ITALIA SRL, with registered offices in Via Sibari 15, 20141 Milan, Italy. The data processor is HTMS ITALIA SRL, which can be reached via email at italia@htmsinternational.com, or by fax +39 02 58100222.

You may exercise your rights towards the data controller at any time, under Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which is reproduced in full below:

Legislative Decree no.196/2003, Section 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights

The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of whether personal data concerning him or her exists or not – even though it may not have been recorded yet – and to have it communicated to him or her in an understandable form.

The person concerned is entitled to be informed:

of the source of personal data;
of the purposes and methods of processing;
of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out electronically;
of the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative appointed as per Article 5, Paragraph 2;
of the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who may become aware of said data in their capacity as designated representatives within the State territory, data processors or persons in charge of processing.

The person concerned is entitled to obtain:

updates, corrections or, where interested therein, additions to the data;

the erasure, blocking, or transformation into an anonymous form of data which has been processed unlawfully, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;

a declaration that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) above have been made known, even with regards to their content, to those people to whom the data has been communicated or distributed, except in the case where compliance with this is found to be impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly out of proportion compared to the right being protected.

The person concerned has the right to object, entirely or in part:

for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data regarding him/her, even if it may be relevant to the aims of the data collection;

the processing of personal data regarding him/her for the purposes of sending publicity or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
